A Smartcard is defined as any pocket-sized card with embedded integrated circuits which can process information.

Our “Smartcard” Group offers Interconnects to the Financial / Banking, Retail , Security ID and Transportation / Communications industries.

We produce (Stamp/Etch/Plate) the micro-circuits on flexible films for contact and contactless applications to Smartcard providers – who then assembles the silicon chip on and embeds the ultra-thin module into a card.


Smartcards come in two forms: Contact and Contactless. The former is easy to identify because of its gold connector plate.
